Oberthur Card Systems and Utimaco Software have signed a partnership agreement to integrate their smartcard and PKI-enabled technologies, respectively.

The companies will combine Utimaco's PKI and security applications with Oberthur's smart cards for roll out within the e-government, banking and e-business industry sectors.
