Though it maintains offices in Boston, MA; Chicago, IL; Columbus, OH; Hartford, CT; Richmond, VA and San Francisco, CA, the bulk of its 220 staff members -170 individuals -- were located in the New York offices prior to Tuesday's destruction of the World Trade Center Complex. While most of the New York staff survived the destruction, a total of 67 individuals remain unaccounted for as of this date.
