The update below is an excerpt from a message from Richard S. Fuld, Jr. to Lehman employees:
"Our firmwide priority continues to be to make certain that we are doing everything we possibly can for the health and safety of each employee.
"Since the evacuation of our downtown New York locations, we have been able to contact all but one of our 618 employees who worked in our World Trade Centre offices.
"The one employee we are still looking for is Ira Zaslow. We are working closely with Ira's family. If any employees have information, please call Human Resources at 1-800-231-2878."
