The companies have developed packaged programmes that include ATM processing, hardware, software, maintenance services, support and financing.

Diebold will provide clients with hardware, software and services. Options will include the vendor's most recent range of ATMs - Opteva - as well as its ATM processing software, Agilis. Financing options will be provided by Diebold Credit Corporation (DCC).

Concord EFS will supply ATM and point-of-sale driving, network switching and gateways to Visa and MasterCard and reporting and settlement for switched transactions. Clients will also have access to a call-centre helpdesk and will be provided with 24 hour ATM monitoring and incident management and problem resolution services.

Kevin Carroll, director of ATM products, Concord EFS, says: "This programme will allow financial institutions and other deployers to take advantage of the latest technologies and provide them with the newest and most desired features and functionality."
