VAT directive for equal treatment approved on 13th of July. Now it is time to start driving transposition. Is there anybody out there who think this should not be fast?

Now it is time for all banks to take a new look both at the market they intend to serve, how central payments are to deposits, how extended payments services are a necessity for customers and how the payment directive already have started to change the game.
