Treasury systems vendor Trema has appointed Michèle Fitzpatrick as chief executive officer (CEO).
Fitzpatrick was previously president, EMEA at security software firm Network Associates.
Prior to this Fitzpatrick was senior vice president of Oracle where she developed the general business division and managed the pan-European Internet sales centre.
She also worked at Lotus where she launched Lotus Notes in the EMEA region.
Fitzpatrick replaces company founder and principal shareholder Kaj Hed. Trema says Hed will remain a board member and play an active role in the company's development.
