The DSTA - the state's debt management office - prepares and defines funding policy, represents the State in financial markets and transactions and handles all operational and strategic aspects of borrowing.

Finance Kit replaces a number of disparate systems and proprietary applications. The product will interface with RiskMetrics, Reuters and Swift as well as a number of the institution's proprietary systems.

DSTA is Trema's fourth debt office client in Europe.
