The First International Bank of Israel (FIBI) is to replace its ATM switch system with Mosiac Software's Postilion EFT solution, to be supplied to the bank by EDS Israel.
Mosaic says Postilion will be used to increase security and monitor the bank's 100 multi-vendor ATM units.
Yossi Levi, CEO of Mataf, FIBI's IT subsidiary, says the software will enable the bank to improve customer service via its ATMs and other banking channels.
