IntelliTran Customer Service provides global correspondent banks, clearing firms, treasury operations, and asset managers with Web-based access to financial information. It incorporates Swift's XML structured query and response messages to expedite exception processing over IP-based networks, such as SwiftNet and deliver real-time reports on nostro accounts and cash transactions.

The solution contains a library of standard templates and business processes for the investigation and exception management of instructions, settlements, advices, and balances. It may be extended internally across the enterprise to operations, cash and collateral managers, customer service centres, and externally to an institution's counterparties and clients, says the vendor.
