California-based Arrowhead Credit Union has chosen Mosaic Software's EFT (electronic fund transfer) Postilion solution to drive its ATM network and provide transaction switching and routing services.
The EFT Postilion system will have an interface to Arrowhead's host software application for on-us transaction processing and will route foreign transactions directly to the CO-OP Network, the nation’s largest network of credit union ATMs and retail point-of-sale terminals. Postilion's Office component will handle detailed reporting and network settlement and reconciliation.
Vaughn Book, chief technology officer Arrowhead Credit Union, says the implementation of the Mosaic technology will help improve services to customers and contribute to streamlined back office settlement processes.
