Sixteen of Europe's top fintech startups have been selected to demo their products to a prestigious panel of senior banking executives at this year's EBAday symposium in Sweden.

Now in its fourteenth year, EBAday, a conference built by bankers for bankers, is expected to attract 1500 banking professionals and 70 exhibitors to the Stockholm, Sweden conference on 18-19 June.

With interest in digital banking and fintech at an all-time high, the 'Fintech Zone' at EBAday will showcase innovations from sixteen startups cutting across a range of hot button topics in finance, including cyber-security; regulation and compliance (Regtech); correspondent banking; crypto-technology in transaction banking; global real time payments; AI and robotics; liquidity management, cash pooling and virtual accounts; Open Banking and APIs.

Each of the firms will take part in the FintechLaunchPad competition, pitching to delegates and a select judging panel of experts in the exhibition open theatre pitch area.

They will face a formidable panel of judges, featuring payments heads, innovation chiefs and fintech investment purse-string holders from 11 of Europe's top banks.
