The decision as to when the equity markets will reopen will be re-evaluated Thursday.
The Nasdaq quotation system will be available between 9:30 - 16:00 ET for TEST PURPOSES ONLY.
ACT will not be in a test mode and is available for trade reconciliation purposes only. All ACT submissions will be sent to NSCC/DTC.
SOES and SelectNet have been disabled although connectivity can be checked.
