MasterCard has launched a free application for the iPhone and iPod touch that helps users locate cash machines.
The ATM Hunter app, which can be downloaded from the Apple app store, provides details on the location of thousands of ATMs around the world.
It uses the iPhone and iPod touch location awareness technology to automatically pinpoint cash machines without the user having to enter their address, before providing directions and a map.
Users can filter their search to locate ATMs that belong to specific banks, are surcharge free, wheelchair accessible, drive-through or open 24 hours a day.
