Building on the success of the inaugural EBAday conference in Frankfurt last year, EBAday 2007 on 4-5 June in Rome will feature an extended conference format and larger exhibition space. Up to 500 bankers from across Europe are expected to attend and share their experiences of the key business, regulatory and technological challenges facing the payments industry in the run up to the introduction of the Single Euro Payments Area (Sepa) in 2008.

Adopting the theme, ‘Sepa: Leading the transformation’, the two-day event at the Palazzo dei Congressi will comprise a series of parallel streams and open panel sessions, with presentations and debate from the cream of the European payments community.

The top-level conference and seminar programme at EBAday is complemented by an exhibition showcasing the complete spectrum of payment processing services from leading banks, ACHs, technology vendors, and consultancies.
