Bank-owned Sibs will be using Carreker's eiManager software for real-time fault resolution and cash replenishment across the national Multibanco network.

Joao Luis Baptista, executive director, Sibs, says: "Carreker's eiManager provides us with improved fault management capabilities by allowing us to interpret, respond, ticket, dispatch, escalate and report any potential problems within the network either before they will impact our customers or early enough to minimise their consequences."

The Carreker package receives real-time alerts for ATM faults and cash activity and automatically schedules business actions when a problem occurs. ATM statuses are tracked in real-time, providing users with the ability to measure and report the impact of the faults as they occur.
