UK-based i-design, a provider of interface design and ATM advertising systems to the financial services market, has secured a £250,000 investment from Sigma Technology.
I-design says it will use the Sigma funding to further develop its business in the European market. The vendor's ATM:ad technology allows financial services firms to generate advertising over their cash machine networks.
Ana Stewart, MD, i-design, comments: "Sigma are an excellent fit to assist us in this period of growth. Not only in terms of enabling us to attract potential new clients for ATM:ad, but also in allowing us to develop opportunities in our existing client base, including linking ATM:ad to CRM technologies."
Stewart says the funding will also be used to expand the firm's media sales operation in London.
Sigma business developement director Mark Hogarth has joined the i-design board as a non-executive director.
The investment is part of a larger funding package worth about £500,000 which includes an asset finance facility from the Bank of Scotland.
