S1 Corporation is launching version 2.0 of its Branch Banking Solutions package which provides for the integration of customer data from both branch and Internet channels over the same platform.
The package allows for the sharing of data between branch banking software - including teller, call centre and sales and service applications - and the vendor's online banking products.
Customer data is integrated using S1's Core Data Model - part of the vendor's Enterprise platform - which provides banks with a consolidated overview that can be accessed by all applications, regardless of the channel.
Jaime Ellertson, CEO at S1, says the integration of branch and Internet banking applications through the S1 Core Data Model "is a key milestone in our vision of delivering a single, comprehensive and consistent view of customers across channels".
