Is Product team from Diebold and Wincor Nixdorf ( Pre M &A) were out of ideas ? This shows that there is confusion going on incide on product road maps as Digital banking market has matured already - is the time right for asking?

@Dharmesh, Viv has good potential to be intelligent advisor ( I am not sure whether it is for replacing Siri) if combined with Pepper kind of Robo which is being put up by banks and retailers in Japan (Softbank) and ING (HQ) apart from being available as App but, as he mentioned needed more of those learning to go through developers for various aspects of life.

If humans are use to ATM, Kiosks, Smartphone/mobile banking and wallets as well as interactive games like Pokeman GO, why not explore it for routine process to start with.
If you add Face recognistion, Finger print/vein authentication cascaded with AI and machine learning it can be smart guy talking to you about financial advice - I love them to do it rather than mundane task of Pizza order and delivery :)
Norton anti virus site is best example where Auto agent comes online for help and solves most of common problems and then transfer the chat session to live agents in case customer is not happy.
Ofcourse, like any other automation, humans can override.
Side note: Tesla cars are best example of mass adoption with less resistance ofcourse it needed more intelligence but Tesla has started Auto Update recently to ensure learning goes to all cards on street.

There are learning pages for AI and Data Science usage for Banking from the business model.
Most of the MNOs have some form of tracking customers in its BSS architecture landscape but, Juvo is taking it to the next level of monetization.
I have seen similar model of cusotmer profiling based its bill payment patterns.

This is brilliant move for customer acquition as well as strenghting offerings by iZettle.
It is good to add toppings on the base of mobile Payments services such as Cloud based POS which can scale with retailers network.
SQAURE has also moved with several SME based value added services which are hosted on cloud.

Agree @Peter. 2 million accounts opened by 5300 staffers can not be in single day and goes with out notice ( it must be done in few days or week ).
Apart from penalty and reversal loss, Wells will end up loose few loyal customers and brand value due to this incident.
