Especially in the financial sector, it’s important to convey that AI systems understand the individual context of the customer – whether it’s recommending a suitable product or providing highly personalized, quick information. To meet and exceed these expectations, AI solutions should not just be reactive but should proactively offer helpful suggestions.

While speed, precision, and usability are technically driven, the emotional component of human-machine interaction should not be overlooked. AI systems, especially in the financial sector, operate in an area where customers often exhibit a high degree of trust and emotional attachment.
