FIVE PERCENT FOR INDUSTRY 5.0

INDUSTRY 5.0 was launched on DECEMBER 1, 2015.

Few month later already the first company (producer of cobots) hijacted the term and start to misslead the audince with explanation that INDUSTRY 5.0 is name for new ROBOTS (COBOTS) and TECHNOLOGY. The company has rich experience with stealing terms, because even the name of the company was stolen from significant book title.

The fact is that the number of companies, orgaizations, individuals who use the term "INDUSTRY 5.0" as a sales tool and buzzword for funding, sales of technology or services was growing, to skyrocket after the same strategy use EUROPEAN COMMISSION who officially integrated on January 7, 2021, INDUSTRY 5.0 into the EUROPEAN SUSTAINABLE FRAMEWORK, ignoring the principles, origin and even the Author rights of the Founder, who still living write these lines today.

With the increasing interest into INDUSTRY 5.0 and the growing size of the network that reached 117 countries, we have been asked frequently to narrow the understanding of INDUSTRY 5.0, to avoid audience to be misleaded by the netities, that use just the term, but are not ready to respect the principles.

We have increased the number of projects, webinars, seminars, created the INDUSTRY 5.0 APPROVED sign, so as the INDUSTRY 5.0 STRATEGIC ALLIANCE, and to scale up, we have started the discussion about the application of law, that must and should be respected by all the players.

INDUSTRY 5.0 is not allone who follow the same strategy. At the end of 2023 and at the beginning of 2024, the first CLASS ACTION COMPLAITS has been delivered to the JURY in the US, demanding rights "not to be used by AI" by well known authors, so as by the NEW YORK TIMES.

When discussing the financial aspects of the trials, we finaly agree on 5% of the last year revenue, that will represent the penalty size. The trial already started with global consultancy and advisory company that additionally face copyright infringement for using content produced and published by INDUSTRY 5.0 Founder. Details will be revealed soon.

We do strongy believe in justice and the power of JUSTICE and JURISDICTION on national, so as international and global level and plan to utilize the collected funds for further global impleentation of INDUSTRY 5.0 principles
