A great idea to have the proof of age card. At least you won't be able to use someone else's will you?
I do think it's an good attempt at improvement, but it's a bit too much for status sensitive young people and I would be surprised to see much uptake apart from parents foisting it upon unwilling children. That is the flaw in the plan - peer status amongst
teenagers - remember back then?
I may be wrong, but did you ask any teenage girls or boys about it first? Really?
