Developed parts of a Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) system that evolved into one of Kriya's flagship products. Led the design and implementation of a centralised client onboarding application with integrated KYC (Know Your Customer) functionality, embedding it within Kriya's main flagship products. This solution addressed critical customer pain points, significantly enhancing client satisfaction and loyalty to Kriya. Led the development and rollout of a new onboarding process specifically for Sole Trader clients, complete with a customised risk assessment model - a key requirement for securing the deal with an important marketplace which also resulted in a noticeable revenue increase and is keeps growing.
