We live in challenging times - the scale of environmental and social issues seems overwhelming, but conversely our ability to do something about them has also never been better. Businesses have a critical role to play in enabling a better future for the world, and their customers. A world where we don't just focus on 'less bad' but 'more good'.
Unfortunately, many businesses struggle to create and nourish a balanced, credible sustainability strategy - one that aligns with the expectations of investors, customers, supply chain partners, staff, and the community. Summary
I have spent nearly 20 years working in and with businesses to integrate sustainability into strategy and operations to create real positive impact. My roles have included input on corporate and investor disclosure, product ideation and development, supply chain risk assessment and relationships, and management systems. I have a track record of delivering measurable value within leading global consumer goods and finance businesses in the USA, Europe and Japan, and have more recently focused on supporting SMEs to develop their knowledge and confidence in applying sustainability strategies to their businesses.
