Based in Hyderabad, ADP Wilco India provides development and support services for the international financial services sector and outsourced securities data management services and business process outsourcing (BPO) services across the ADP group.

Developed by the Software Engineering Institute at Carnegie Mellon University, CMM is an internationally recognised standard for assessing and improving software processes. It provides a framework that measures the key elements including the quality and integration of management and engineering processes, organisational effectiveness, proactive problem resolution and adherence to qualitative procedures and work practices.
