The upgraded system now includes DSTi's Scedule D reporting module as well as a more robust and scalable database and a graphical user interface.

HiPortfolio/3 supports unlimited rollups and exposures across multiple companies and delivers exposure, risk and performance measurement across the enterprise.

The vendor is marketing the product as a top tier tool for investment management firms and is offering both licensed and ASP versions out of its Kansas City data centre.

For the ASP version, DSTi says it can integrate the product with market data feeds, data scrubbing and internal message hubs for STP throughput and offers customers tiered monthly plans rather than up-front license fees.

Marcus Ansell, president, North America, DSTi, says: "HiPortfolio/3 is scalable and modular so smaller companies can start out with smaller fees and the product grows with them."
