China's AEGON-CNOOC Life Insurance Company (AEGON-CNOOC) has gone live with DSTi's workflow automation software, HiContact AWD, at its offices in Shanghai.
Ringo Choi, AEGON-CNOOC's president and CEO, says the implementation has eliminated manual processing steps, such as paper storage and filing.
John Booth, DSTi's managing director in Asia, adds that DSTi's products and services can bring international standards and practices to the China market.
AEGON-CNOOC is the first live client in China for HiContact AWD. Other clients in Asia include Alliance Capital Management, JF Funds, Manulife International, New York Life and Zurich Insurance.
