The bank has migrated its customer information systems and its deposits, consumer lending and general ledger operations to the Fidelity product.

The vendor began converting the bank's systems in November 2001. A pilot conversion for the first 10 branches was completed in October 2002.

Khun Surasak Kiattiyossakul, executive vice president and project head, Thai Military Bank, says the bank's IT department has gained experience in handling and managing the conversion and Fidelity's involvement in project management was reduced as the project neared completion.
