Chicago-based Harris Bank has signed an information technology outsourcing contract with Alltel, valued at more than $160 million.
Under the agreement, Alltel will assume application development and support responsibility for virtually all software applications at the bank, says the company.
165 Harris Bank employees will be transfered to Alltel as part of the contract.
