UK independent ATM operator Cardpoint has contracted with data communications firm Transaction Network Services (TNS) for the supply of communications facilities for its network of off-site cash machines.
TNS says the win is significant as Cardpoint is the first major operator in the UK to use a supplier other than Atmos for its ATM network.
Mark Mills, chief executive, Cardpoint, says TNS won the deal because of its ability to combine processing capabilities with its network to provide an all-in-one communication solution.
