Massachusetts-based business process management (BPM) software vendor Pegasystems has appointed Rodney Jackson as vice president of global services.
Jackson was previously senior vice president and general manager, Americas, at ePresence.
Prior to this he held several senior management positions at Compaq, including vice president, worldwide financial services practice and head of Compaq's systems integration solution services business operations group.
