UK-based Syntegra worked with local sales and services partner Cygnal Technologies Corporation to install 30 IP-ready ITS pV405Hi turrets, ITS Release 13 operating and administrative software, a p47 telephony switching platform and ITSprofile management tools across the trading floor, which was opened in September 2002.

The software has also been integrated with existing voice recording from NICE and Nortel Meridian PABX.

Sytengra says the new system includes improved conferencing facilities and integrated voicemail options, and helps simplify system management, configuration and administration.

Paul Stapleton, VP, information systems, chief technology officer, Dundee Securities, says: "Syntegra offered a good technology fit with far-reaching capabilities, enabling us to easily expand our trading floor in the future."
