Delta Lloyd, a Dutch subsidiary of international insurance group Aviva, has gone live with Fineos' multi-channel intake and general insurance claims management software.
Implemented over eight months, Claims Manager automates and streamlines personal injury claims processes, including contact, workflow and case management.
The system delivers integrated and up-to-date claimant information across all channels.
Jan Jonker, director of general insurance division, Delta Lloyd, says the system improves the reliability of claims prediction, leading to faster payouts.
"By settling claims more quickly, it actually helps us too reduce the total damages we pay each year," he says.
