Croatian mobile phone operator Hrvatski Telekom (HT) has signed a recharge agreement with electronic transactions vendor Euronet Worldwide to enable its pre-paid customers to purchase airtime at Raiffeisenbank and Splitska Banka ATMs.
Under the agreement, HT's 'Simpa' pre-paid subscribers will be able to buy airtime vouchers at 180 ATMs throughout the country and their bank accounts will be debited for the amount purchased.
"By using Euronet ATM Recharge solution, we can offer our customers added convenience and establish an economical and efficient distribution method," says Georg Muendl, HT CMO Mobile. "Incorporating ATM recharge in our prepaid programme includes expanding this service to ATMs operated by other banks using Euronet's processing centre."
HT is the largest mobile operator in the Croatian market and is the second mobile operator to offer Euronet ATM Recharge services in the country.
