Dublin-based Sepro is to partner Logica to implement its e-Rate billing solution at investment bank Credit Suisse First Boston (CSFB).
Under the agreement, Logica will implement and deliver the solution for the bank's Transaction Services and Solutions (TSS) business globally, integrating existing data sources with the solution, to provide a centralised, fully-automated, scalable, revenue generation framework.
The system will automate billing processes for treasury and commercial payments and the bank's clients will also be able to access real-time billing information online.
Logica says the system will enable the bank to reduce operational costs, increase revenues and meet existing needs for product pricing.
