China Construction Bank (CCB) has signed a new $14 million hardware and software deal with NCR to deploy its Personas automated teller machines (ATMs) at branches across China.
The ATMs will be equipped with the Aptra open architecture software suite, based on the Microsoft Windows NT platform.
The contract is the second to be awarded to NCR this year by the bank. A $14.4 million deal was inked in July 2002.
