NetSymbols is a modular customer-centric universal banking solution that offers multi-channel capabilities through a unified Internet computing platform. The system covers retail, wholesale, treasury, trade services and e-banking operations.

Erste Group will deploy netSymbols across its operations in Austria, Croatia, the Czech and Slovak Republics and Hungary.

Adnan Elassad, executive vice president, business development, System Access, comments: "After three years of close relationship with the bank and after having successfully installed Symbols in two sizable entities in two separate countries, Erste Bank Group have substantially enhanced our relationship by signing the global agreement."
