The bank is deploying the package - built specifically to service the requirements of mid-market financial institutions, to unite customer relationship information, demographic information, and interaction history on service requests, sales opportunities, referrals, and marketing campaigns. The Siebel software is also forming the cornerstone of Sandes Sparebank's new transactional Internet banking service.
