GNI, part of Old Mutual, has signed a £380,000 contract with UK-based Mondas for the supply and two-year support of its Radica Caps corporate actions processing solution.
Mondas' Radica Caps solution automates the processing, workflow and monitoring of corporate events electronically. The system manages deadlines, triggers escalation procedures, issues compliance warnings where necessary, and maintains full audit trails.
Richard Breislin, deputy chief executive of GNI, says: "The system will enable us to support substantial business growth in line with our STP strategy and simultaneously reduce costs and operational risks in this area."
