The bank has also implemented Rolfe & Nolan's RANweb, RANtask, RANrec and e-Route modules to provide automated reconciliation capability and secure Web access and messaging for customers, giving real time access for report generation and account enquiries. Customer statements can also be reformatted into a corporate style for onward distribution via email.

HSBC is already using the RANsys system across London, Singapore and Athens.
