ClicCommerce is owned the bank and Cognicase and offers a range of B2C hosting and B2B e-procurement services through its ClicInc portal. Since its creation in January 2001, ClicCommerce has developed and implemented four electronic platforms currently serving over 4500 businesses.

Michel Lozeau, senior vice-president, e-commerce, National Bank, says: "This contribution demonstrates IBM Canada's commitment to e-procurement and its confidence in the National Bank's role as the premier e-commerce driver in Quebec."

IBM's Quebec operations include a microelectronics facility in Bromont, and LGS Group - a full service consulting and systems integration firm.
