ING Direct has gone live with a suite of BancWare products from SunGard Trading and Risk Systems to manage global interest rate risk.
BancWare will provide the bank with asset asset/liability management, data management, advanced behavioral analysis, deposit modelling capabilities and integration of key elements of the planning and forecasting process.
The product suite has been installed in the bank's Toronto, Delaware and Sydney offices and has been customised to meet the specific requirements of each local operating unit. Implementation is currently underway in Madrid.
