SunGard Trading and Risk Systems has integrated its Panorama KnowledgeFactory risk reporting suite with its STN Treasury online FX trading platform.
Panorama KnowledgeFactory consolidates information from Panorama and other systems to provide access to a range of portfolio analyses and reports, ready made or custom-built. SunGard STN Treasury connects buyers and sellers for foreign exchange and money markets trading, and delivers multi-bank, multi-instrument access integrated directly into their clients' financial services software and systems.
According to Luca Giachino, product manager for Panorama KnowledgeFactory, connecting the two products will enable users of the STN to capture FX trade data and perform portfolio analysis in real-time. Panorama KnowledgeFactory will also offer users of the STN real-time, cross-asset market and credit risk analysis.
Analyses are made available in a variety of formats according to the user profile, ranging from interactive pivot tables to polished reports. More advanced users can also modify the configuration of the risk methodologies and retrieve the results in a MS Excel-compatible format.
