New York-based TransactTools has appointed Salomon Smith Barney executive, James Leman, to its board of directors.
Leman is currently managing director at Salomon Smith Barney, responsible for global equity connectivity (electronic trading) and the equity global middle office. He previously worked at the New York Stock Exchange.
TransactTools’ technology powers the networks of global broker/dealers, institutions, ECNs and Exchanges such as Archipelago, JP Morgan Chase, Instinet and Knight Securities International.
