New York-based TransactTools has appointed Archipelago president, Mike Cormack, to its advisory board.
Before joining Archipelago, Cormack managed the domestic equity trading business for American Century Investments. He has co-chaired the US-based FIX Steering Committee and participated as a member of the Nasdaq Quality of Markets Committee.
TransactTools' technology powers a range of neworks of global broker/dealers, institutions, ECNs and exchanges such as Archipelago, JP Morgan Chase, Instinet and Knight Securities International.
