UK high street bank Lloyds TSB has signed a three-year renewal contract to outsource its business cheque and credit processing services to New Hampshire-based Bottomline Technologies.
The services, provided by Bottomline Technologies Europe Ltd, the company's UK subsidiary, include all special cheque and credit order processing and the provision of dedicated help desk facilities for approximately 5000 of Lloyds TSB's business customers.
Richard Cove, from Lloyds TSB group purchasing and supply management, comments: "We chose Bottomline Technologies because of the history of service excellence to our business customers, their innovative approach to improving the interfaces with our clients and the competitiveness of their proposal."
