UK high street bank Lloyds TSB has opened a new customer contact centre at Pencoed in Wales.
Over 150 staff are already manning the phones in the purpose built new premises that boast its own restaurant, cyber café and interactive learning zones. The phone agents are ready to take calls from Lloyds TSB customers from all over the country.
A rolling recruitment programme will eventually take staff figures up to around 1000 full and part time staff.
