SunGard Trading and Risk Systems' Panorama operating unit has partnered San Francisco-based Actuate Corporation for the electronic delivery of risk and portfolio analysis.
Under the agreement, SunGard's Panorama KnowledgeFactory will be integrated with Acutate's e.Reporting information delivery suite for Web reporting of Panorama-derived calculations and analyses.
Panorama KnowledgeFactory is an on-demand data analysis and reporting solution delivered via the Web, using Microsoft .NET technology. It consolidates information from Panorama and other systems and processes the data online. Results are made available in a secure format via the Web to external clients and investors alongside internal users
The e.Reporting platform supports multiple output formats, delivering formatted content to people via a browser (via DHTML), to a printer (via PDF), or to another application (via XML).
