SunGard eProcess Intelligence has introduced a new Web-based self-service solution to speed up the processing of exceptions, and launched an enhanced version of its popular Stor/QM report mining system.
The new intelliTRAN product is designed for operations staff to research their own transaction information, and launch inquiries or initiate cases on exceptions independently of their transaction service provider.
StorQM Plus is the Web-based successor to Stor/QM, currently installed in over 1000 sites worldwide and used to unlock and distribute data held in reports.
The upgrade is a 32-bit, scalable application with an ODBC standard back-end database. StorQM Plus' Web client enables access to reports by remote users and Web overlays for custom-formatted reports. The upgrade features a Windows-based user interface with contemporary icons, hot keys, and toolbars and offers support for the new archiving standard ELM.
