Absa, one of South Africa's largest banks, has licensed Trintech's PayWare eAcquirer Purchase Card solution to support Visa Purchase Card (VPC) merchant acquiring.
The implementation of the technology will provide Absa with a platform that is capable of supporting B2B acquiring over the Internet and mobile devices. The system will also be used to provide a VPC host solution in-house to Absa.
