Dublin-based Eontec has integrated its enterprise banking platform BankFrame with IBM's MQ Series Workflow suite of applications.
The integrated product set enable the reuse of banking processes across a bank's entire enterprise without duplication, incorporating back office workflow-based systems and all customer touchpoints such as loans processing, call centre and Internet banking applications, say the companies.
According to Jim Callan, chief executive officer, Eontec: "Every bank reviewing its multi-channel strategy must seriously consider deploying a solution with workflow and business processes embedded in the underlying architecture. This provides not only support to the banks existing infrastructure but will enable it to process larger volumes of customer queries from different touchpoints on a daily basis."
